We're seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to drive revenue growth and foster lasting client relationships within our business unit. As a Territory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and promoting our innovative programs and services.

Role Overview:
As a Territory Manager, you'll spearhead revenue generation initiatives within your assigned geography. Your responsibilities will include nurturing existing accounts, establishing new clientele, and representing Bradford at industry events. You'll craft and execute strategic sales plans, leveraging your exceptional communication and sales acumen to meet and exceed targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate and maintain client accounts through proactive outreach efforts.
  • Execute sales calls, whether through cold outreach or scheduled appointments.
  • Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market data to optimize sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Present Bradford's offerings to prospective clients and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to foster relationships and promote our brand.
  • Provide relevant training on substance abuse topics to diverse audiences.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Foster communication between facility staff and referral resources.
  • Ensure Bradford's visibility within relevant communities and referral networks.
  • Support community programs designed for Bradford's alumni.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Territory Manager or in a similar outside sales role.
  • Track record of success in increasing sales and revenue, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including walking, sitting, and lifting.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Valid driver's license, personal automobile liability insurance, and clean driving record.
