We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Take-out Server/To-Go Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and packaging take-out orders, and ensuring that all orders are delivered to our customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, take their orders, and prepare their take-out meals according to their specifications
  • Package take-out orders accurately, neatly and in a timely manner
  • Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before handing them over to guests
  • Process payment transactions for take-out orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the take-out area, ensuring that all supplies and equipment are in good working condition
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of take-out orders
  • Ensure that all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are met and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering customer questions and concerns, and addressing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Friendly and personable attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from the server team
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must be willing to stand on your feet for long periods of time
  • Varying schedule that includes weekends and most holidays
