Become a Hospitality Aide at Chesterwood Village and Get Paid while you Train!

Starting at $13.50 Per Hour

We'll PAY FOR YOUR TRAINING to become a State Tested Nursing Aide and we'll PAY YOU TO ATTEND it. That's right, you can become an STNA in just 4 weeks and be on your way to a fulfilling career in nursing.

Here's How It Works

• You are employed full-time right away
• We pay for ALL training and exams
• Class Size is Limited (You Need To Apply Now)

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Answering all resident calls in a timely manner
• Observing, reporting and responding to changes in resident conditions
• Attending required in-services and educational events
• Assisting with housekeeping and passing meal trays
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
• A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
• Patience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our care
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays
