Position Overview:

Mobile Air is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative. We are searching for a qualified and ambitious individual ready to help increase revenue through exceptional customer service and sales initiative. This position consists of assisting the regional team in renting and selling specialty engineered products including temporary air-conditioning, air-cooled chillers, rental cooling towers, electric and IDF heaters, desiccant and LGR dehumidification, generators, load banks, and electrical distribution. This candidate will report directly to the Region Sales Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist sales team in establishing new rental accounts.
  • Understanding and ability to communicate our full range of turnkey services.
  • Working with technical sales staff to provide customers with equipment sizing, professional quote writing, credit authorization assistance, problem resolution, and follow-through.
  • Providing existing accounts with information on other products and services offered by Mobile Air.
  • Assist in coordinating the implementation and maintenance of new services for customers.
  • Assist in managing National Accounts with orders and invoicing.
  • Assisting the operations staff by following up with customers on invoices and payments.
  • Other duties and projects as designated by the Region Sales Manager.

Candidates must have:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with computer skills and MS Office.
  • Understanding of Key Account management.
  • Understanding of HVAC, Dehumidification, Generators, and power distribution equipment.
  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
