RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role will report to the CEO with an oversight on internal business operations that involve Finance, HR and IT.


Finance Management

  • Lead the budget creation activities
  • Oversee AP and AR functions
  • Manage and Report on Business Operational metrics
  • Develop and maintain revenue and cost forecasts
  • Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial statements, including statement of activities, fund balance, and sources/uses of funds to Senior Leadership and Board
  • Provide administrative assistance, including oversight of facility vendors and contracts, and establishing and managing vendor accounts and relationships.
  • Improve operational systems, processes, and policies -- specifically, better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning
  • Oversee day-to-day processing of Banking and Business Operational Accounts
  • Reconcile monthly activity, generate year-end reports, and fulfill tax-related requirements
  • Manage month-end and year-end closure procedures
  • Support Tax filings and payroll reports

Operations Management

  • Manage and oversee internal operations around human resources, finance, payroll, and Company administration.
  • Creating strategies and policies for company growth
  • Overseeing and leading HR operations around talent management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in HR, IT, and Accounts
  • Work closely with legal and compliance departments to ensure that Business Operations remain compliant
Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Finance and/or Operations
  • Knowledge of financial principles and business finance.
  • Understanding of SaaS and Technology Services business
  • Strong working knowledge of Systems including Cloud Based application
  • Must have experience in reporting financial statements
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
