Job Title: Production Team Member

Qualifications:

• At least a primary school graduate

• Ability to work systematically and programmatically

• Ability to keep records

• Ability to work meticulously and carefully

Basic Operations:

• Unskilled main jobs; cutting rolls, pouring raw materials into the hopper of the machine, and doing other equivalent main jobs of a similar nature.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Comply with the warning signs on the machines.

• Use the occupational safety and hygiene equipment required by the job.

• Keep the machine backs clean and organized.

• Ensure that the equipment used is well-maintained and clean.

• Detect the malfunctions and deficiencies of the equipment they use and to inform his superior.

• Do machine and environmental cleaning in the extrusion department.

• Cut the completed rolls by winding them in the winder.

• Supply raw materials and other materials to the material chambers located behind the machines.

• Remove waste products from extrusion machines from the production site.

• Comply with the directions of the head operator and the operators when giving way to the machines.

• Take the finished rolls safely to the waiting area, to cover them with film if necessary.

• Perform other tasks given by their superiors within the scope of need.

• Make sure area is clean at shift change

• Comply with the precautions and rules taken in the unit where he works on occupational health and safety.

• Pay attention to dressing up in accordance with occupational health and safety and to use protective equipment as necessary.

• Work by adhering to the occupational health and safety trainings given to him, without neglecting occupational health and safety.

• Know their own duties in emergency procedures.

• Know their own duties in the fire prevention plan.

• Act in accordance with the manuals, procedures, standards, instructions and plans related to ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, and BRC-IOP.

Work Environment:
