  • $150,000.00 - $225,000.00/year depending on experience
  • Performance-Based Pay or Bonus available (DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through every step of the process, from in-person visits and follow-up phone calls to estimates and assisting with financing options.
  • Conduct system condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating information to customers and office staff for performing estimates.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Inventory Manager regarding equipment shipments to Air Doctorx, and communicate install dates with customers.
  • Manage customer expectations of job performance and process.
  • Perform final inspections to ensure all installations meet Air Doctorx quality standards.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining proposal paperwork, contacting finance companies regarding customer contracts, and obtaining requirement information regarding warranties, tax rebates, and payment management.
  • Follow up and schedule Free System Estimate appointments with leads as they come in.

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Comfort Advisor is highly desired
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of HVAC Systems
  • Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Hold a Valid Drivers License with a Clean Driving Record
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test is mandatory
  • EPA universal certification can significantly enhance your chances of being hired
  • Demonstrate advanced technical proficiency in HVAC systems
  • Exhibit exceptional communication prowess
  • Project confidence in oneself, the product, and Air Doctorx
  • Excel in building and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Embrace strong team dynamics with integrity, respect, fairness, and enthusiasm
