Salary:

We're seeking a digital marketing guru to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. We build e-commerce brands alongside artists and creators inspired by their content and community of followers. In this role, you'll report to the Brand Marketing Director and spend your days working within the marketing team to execute a wide variety of marketing initiatives, while serving as an integral point of contact between Inked and one or more Brand Partners. You’ll need to thrive in a deadline-driven work environment, manage multiple projects with ease, be great at instilling confidence in others, and be a creative problem solver to always come through on promises. You'll interact daily with team members across all departments for this IN OFFICE role and represent Inked to our outside contacts. WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Assist in developing and helping achieve brand level plans, goals, objectives, and procedures. Liaison between all departments in regards to their assigned brands.
  • Strategize, develop and execute online customer acquisition strategies and campaigns for one or more brands through Facebook & Instagram ads. 
  • Analyze emails, digital ads, and site performance for one or more brands. Utilize data to identify new opportunities and implement strategic improvements to grow all marketing channels and optimize campaigns.
  • Implement and support innovative, attainable and successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters to create campaigns catered to the aesthetic and personality of each individual brand.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities associated with assigned brands, including project management, creative development, execution, approvals, tracking and reporting.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables and prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Develop internal and external communications that engage the targeted audience, effectively describe, and professionally promote the visual branding elements and products.
  • Be the liaison between Inked and one or more Brand Partners while serving as the primary point of contact both internally and externally for all communication, some decision-making, and project management for the development of assigned brand(s).
  • Regularly impress partners with an outstanding experience, service, product, and environment while achieving company goals.




WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.  Experience in digital marketing for ecommerce consumer brands preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge in web/ad design and e-mail/digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills; team player with a client-centric focus and the ability to develop partnerships.
  • Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote partner satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management - Able to build solid relationships with teammates, business partners, and specialists by fostering teamwork, partnership and collaboration.
  • Organizational Skills – Demonstrates strong planning skills, prioritizing and managing conflicting demands to meet deadlines; effectively ‘wears multiple hats’.
