The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by management.

Responsibilities
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Provideexceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Call prospective customers.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to follow up with perspective customers
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, andservice requests within a specified timeframe.
