Job Title: Senior Policy Analyst

Job Responsibilities
Consultant in this roll with support an organization to:
Clean and process data
Use common statistical software to support basic statistical analysis.
Assist in development of research design.
Produce technical and analytical documents, reports, and one-pagers.
Provide recommendations based on research and analytic results.
Identify key themes and connections in qualitative materials.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Strong writing ability and experience writing a variety of documents (e.g., analytical, technical, literature review)
Ability to pass a public trust background check.
US citizen
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Applied research experience.
Demonstrated policy analysis experience.
Experience with quantitative analysis software (e.g. R, SPSS, Stata)
Experience with qualitative analysis software (e.g. ATLAS.ti, MAXQDA, Dedoose, NVIVO)
Experience with intelligence products
MS or MA degree or equivalent
