Window/Gutter Cleaning, and Power Washing Tech

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time – hours of work will vary based on scheduled bookings

Job Pay: Pay based on merit/experience – hourly or percentage of job revenue

Job Description:

  • Perform window cleaning, pressure washing of surfaces, gutter cleaning, and roof cleaning services at residential buildings
  • Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions
  • Drive company provided vehicle to and from job sites

Job Requirements:

  • Driver’s License
  • Legal to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a driving record and background check
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
  • Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism
  • Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team

Physical Requirement: Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and over 50lbs (including the use of moving ladders and the ability to work on them in height up to 28’); Standing or
walking with objects up to 25lbs; Repetitive motion; Risk of injuries from use of
equipment on the job; Loud noises; Cuts/punctures; Outdoor temperatures and
weather extremes.
