Field Service Technician (Route)

We are a family-owned business seeking a Field Service Technician with knowledge and experience in electrical and mechanical installation and repairs. The Field Service Technician is responsible for installation, troubleshooting and repair of entertainment and amusement equipment (including but not limited to: speakers, digital jukeboxes, ATM, redemption games etc.). Field Service Technicians must be dependable. They work with minimal supervision and must demonstrate initiative. A company car and iPhone are provided for this role. A valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record check are required. This is a full-time first shift position.

The main duties of the Field Service Technician include:

• Respond to service calls at customer locations (bars, restaurants, family entertainment centers)
• Installing TVs, Monitors, Juke Boxes, A/V and/or sound systems
• Setting up WIFI & running cables

You must have:

• Experience troubleshooting electronic and mechanical assemblies
• Field Service experience
• Ability to work evening/weekend and holiday rotation shifts as needed

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willing and able to climb and work from a ladder occasionally (as needed) - up to 12ft ladder
• Able to crawl in an ceiling/attic or other small spaces
