Floor attendant/Arcade service

Marty's Playland is looking for employees to safely and efficiently assist in maintaining a large variety of arcade equipment.  Our ideal candidate will aim to provide a fun & exciting experience within all guest interactions and ensure our Guests have a memorable and safe experience by keeping our games fully operational.

Hours:  Day/Evenings/Weekends

FLSA:   Full-time Seasonal, Part-time Seasonal

Job Duties:

• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable gaming experience
• Make sure all games are operational 
• Enforce safety rules to keep you and our guests safe
• Assist guests with any and all issues that may arise with our games 
• Keep games and walking paths clean and looking great
  
• Have a full understanding of each game's objective/game play

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to react well in stressful and emergency situations
• Safety conscious mindset, while also having an outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor
• Above-average communication skills
• Willingness to actively engage guests
• Positive attitude to make guests excited to play our games

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
