Project Manager I

Bridges SI seeks a Project Manager I to continue developing our growth and prestige.

This position reports directly to the PMO and is expected to be a contributing member of the Project Management Team.

In this role, you will coordinate resources and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Ensure that project activities move according to a predetermined schedule
• Ensure project documents and deliverables are completed in a timely and accurate fashion
• Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverables prepared by the team before passing them on to the client

Requirements

• High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project
• Must be willing to work in the Herndon, VA office
