In this Registered Nurse role, you will be providing in home high quality skilled nursing care to patients in the Rio Verde/ Fontain Hills, AZ area. Servicing Home Health services will be provided under the direction of the Plan of Treatment established with a physician and with input from patient/caregiver, you will assist in ensuring a better way of living and healthy recovery.

What You Would be Responsible for:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and education
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
• Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
• Other responsibilities will be assigned

Haven Qualification Standards: 

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Home Health experience preferred
  
• Currently licensed in the state of the HHA

• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
