Mount Indie is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead DevSecOps/Cloud programs supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).
Responsibilities:
- Identify solutions to program deadlocks and resolve issues and constraintsthrough using your technical acumen.
- Work closely with Software teams to lead product architecture and design.
- Develop, build upon, and manage client relationships.
- Leverage organization resources/skills to improve project workflow.
- Take part in the interviewing and hiring of team members.
- Define project management processes and lead ongoing process improvement initiatives fortechnical project management.
- Effectively lead teams through promoting team building and collaboration.
- Manage project financials and supporting contract documents to ensure program deliverables are on-time and within budget.
- Prioritize, lead, and manage tasking of project team and completion of assignments.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and manage impacts of project scope changes.
- Collect and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with CI poly or the ability to pass a CI poly
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or other comparable degree.
- At least ten (10+) years of program management experience working within federal programs and at least two (2+) years of experience in leading DevSecOps projects.
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Proven experience delivering IT support services, development/modernization using Human-Centered Design (HCD), and DevSecOps.
- Experience establishing and providing clear communication to executive leadership including reporting, forecasting, strategic roadmaps, risk assessments, and stakeholder expectation management.
- Experience monitoring and managing the financials and staffing of largescale technical programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as experience implementing improvements for customer excellence.
