Our organization is looking for a dynamic and analytical Permanent Sales Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses a deep understanding of sales analytics and financial planning. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by providing insightful analysis on sales data, forecasting, pricing, revenue, profitability, and contract management.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to gather detailed sales data and perform comprehensive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
2. Develop and implement advanced forecasting models to predict sales trends and provide accurate projections to the management team.
3. Support the sales team in contract management, ensuring all agreements align with company's financial goals and legal requirements.
4. Analyze retail data to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
5. Provide FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) support, including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
6. Assist in determining optimal pricing strategies to drive revenue and profitability, based on comprehensive market and cost analysis.
7. Work closely with various departments to align financial forecasts and operational strategies.
8. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in Finance.
3. Proven experience in FP&A, forecasting, Sales Support and Analytics.
4. Strong understanding of sales data, retail data, pricing, revenue/profitability, and contract management.
5. Experience in sales forecasting and financial modeling.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
11. Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and drive improvements.
