is located in the heart of the North Georgia Mountains! Our busy Parts Department has an immediate opening for a Parts Counter Person who will assist technicians or customers in dispensing and purchasing needed parts and supplies. Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person

• Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts.
• Issue parts and accessories to customers or technicians from the parts counter.
• Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts.
• Provide the option of delivery service of orders using a parts truck.
• Display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner.
• Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter.
• Maintain customer back order file.
• Maintain master parts and price book.
• Receive original and duplicate copies of repair orders and place them in the order file.
   

Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:

• Experience is preferred but not required!
• Must be a people-person with a friendly personality
• Computer proficiency
• Team-oriented, flexible, high level of customer service
• Valid driver's license
