Responsibilities - Cashier:

• Receive cash, checks & credit card payments from Parts & Service customers
• Record the amount received
• Verify accuracy of the customer's bill using the dealership computer system
• Direct customer who have additional questions or concerns to the Service Advisor or Manager
• Record money on daily settlement sheet and verify against cash on hand
• Balance drawer at end of shift
• DealerTrack experience preferred
• Assist with other administrative duties as requested
  
  

Qualifications - Cashier:

• Automotive dealer experience preferred
• General knowledge of clerical, cashier and administrative procedures
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Must be outgoing and friendly with good attention to detail.
• Motivation to be successful
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding, high-paced environment
• Strong computer and phone skills
• General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Maintain professional personal presentation/ appearance
• Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
