Pay Rate: $19/hour

Shift: 1st shift

As a Cycle Counter, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the smooth operation of the distribution center. Your responsibilities will include conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, supporting quality checks, and assisting in the product recall process. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments, uphold safety standards, and foster teamwork within the operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily cycle count schedule to uphold inventory integrity
• Conduct weekly warehouse cycle counts and annual full inventory checks
• Support product loss and damage programs, investigating causes and facilitating disposition processes
• Perform quality checks on date-sensitive and slow-moving items
• Ensure proper rotation of FIFO items and verify pallet counts
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards
• Coordinate will-call orders as required

The Cycle Counter position requires 1-2 years of administrative experience and a High School diploma or GED. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, alongside strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude in a 24/7 environment are crucial. Previous distribution center experience is preferred, and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
