Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking a Integrated Master Scheduler to support a project to develop a enterprise-level capability for information management to assess information to support a Common Operating Picture of Risk for the DoD, NISP oversight mission and FOCI Rick Management Requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various functions including Initial Product Roadmap, Business Impact Analysis, Privacy Threshold Analysis, Privacy Impact Assessment, and Concept of Operations. This role demands meticulous planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to gather project requirements, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Implement scheduling best practices and techniques to optimize project timelines and resource utilization.
  • Identify and mitigate schedule risks through proactive monitoring and analysis.
  • Generate regular progress reports and provide updates to project teams and leadership.
  • Facilitate schedule reviews and meetings to resolve conflicts and drive consensus among stakeholders.

  • vacy Impact Assessment, and Concept of Operations by providing scheduling expertise and input as needed.
  • Collaborate with the project team to integrate schedule data with other project management tools and systems.
  • Engage with stakeholders from various departments and levels within the organization to understand their current workflows, pain points, and requirements related to industrial security processes.


Required


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • At least five(5) years' experience working in a project management environment, preferably within the Federal government contracting space.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify schedule risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Current Secret security clearance verifiable through DISS-JVS, and prior to start date
