As a Fountain Lead, you will supervise the fountain area and lead team members in delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities 

• Supervise and coordinate activities of fountain team members on a per shift basis, including training, counseling, and enforcing work procedures and service standards
• Assist in weekly inventory counts; ordering and receiving of food product
• Inspect fountain area, ensuring all remain clean, sanitized, and safe
• Analyze and resolve problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties; verify fountain inventories
• Assist fountain team members in serving guests as business levels demand
• Clean fountain area and scooping ice cream, other duties as needed

Qualifications 

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a food service role required; 
• Previous cash handling or cashier experience required
• Strong team building and communication skills
• Ability to engage and delight all guests

Physical Requirements 

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds  
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season
