• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to maximize sales and drive business growth.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training activities to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and uphold company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the quick-service restaurant industry
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve set targets and objectives.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and quality control
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with financial management principles, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with local health regulations
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment while maintaining a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
• McDonald's credentials are a plus.
