Pay Structure

• First 30 days: Enjoy a guaranteed hourly wage combined with commission earnings and personalized training for your success.
• After 30 days: Your earnings will be determined by the method that rewards you more generously, whether it's the reliable hourly wage or the potential for uncapped commission. Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a retail store environment.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, packing, and lifting boxes for shipment, handling inventory, and utilizing tech equipment and computers.
• Efficiently and safely handle and move merchandise, including lifting or moving items weighing up to 40 pounds or more.
