**Responsibilities:**

* Assist all departments in maintaining above market Customer Satisfaction

* If needed, greet customers in a timely, friendly manner

* Professionally interact with dealership personnel and customers

* Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles

* Use good judgment and safe driving skills

* Drives vehicles, employees and customers safely from dealership to employee and customer locations

* Keep a timely and consistent shuttle route

* Follows all State and Local driving laws driving company vehicles and transporting customers

* Communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service

* Notify dispatcher or service manager of any service maintenance the shuttle vehicle may require

**Requirements:**

* Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving history

* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

* Teamwork ability to work with others to effectively enhance results or processes

* Interpersonal Skills the ability to interact well with employees and customers at all levels

* Communication ability to identify and deliver critical information to the appropriate parties
