**Position:** Part Sales Associate

**Employment Status:** Full-time, Year Round

NPW is currently seeking a reliable and driven individual to fill the position of Counter Sales.

**Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:**

* *MUST* have excellent phone etiquette

* Computer savvy

* Knowledge of Auto Parts

* Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service

* Spanish/English speaking a PLUS!

* MUST have a positive CAN-DO attitude!

**Responsibilities:**

The Part Sales Associate will support our sales effort by expanding current customer relationships and identifying new customers.

* Respond to customer inquiries via: web, email, and/or telephone

* Ensure all customer orders are being processed within designated Service Level Agreements

* Establish new accounts through client referrals or outbound calls to potential customers

* Provides quotes & order information to customers

* Demonstrates knowledge of product

* Provides technical advice, troubleshoots, & finds solution to the customer's problem

**Physical Requirements:**

* Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk, and hear

* Regularly lift and or move up to twenty (20) pounds unassisted

* Occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted
