Job Description
Blazerjobs is currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of students with special needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs based on individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based interventions and strategies.
- Provide ongoing training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations.
