Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader
HealthCare Support is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader to fill an opening with a Critical Illness Recovery Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD!

Daily Responsibilities for Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader :
- Work with respiratory and rehabilitation departments, and lead a highly skilled clinical team - up to 60 employees
- This is a hands-on patient care and leadership role - vents, hemodynamics, critical drips, ET Tubes and wounds
- Have fiscal responsibility to ensure that budgets are met and that costs are controlled within the hospital
- 100% onsite
Required Qualifications for Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader :
- Recent leadership and hands-on clinical skills required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Masters degree required
- 3+ years of hospital nursing experience required
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required
Preferred Qualifications for Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader :
- 3+ years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred
