Company DescriptionHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Eye Care Professional to fill an opening with a large home health company in Pinellas Park, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Eye Care Professional:
- Assist patients in frame selection this includes taking measurements, fit, and adjust glasses
- Troubleshoot patient's vision complaints, teach customers how to properly wear and care for their eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Administrative duties such as filing, following up on orders, following up with patients, answering phones, assisting the doctor with special orders and referral
- Schedule, confirm and maintain appointments
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Required Qualifications for Eye Care Professional:
- Face to face customer service experience in an advisory setting
- Reliable transportation and willing to float
Preferred Qualifications for Eye Care Professional:
- Healthcare or optical background, but not required
