We are looking for a customer service representative.
Duties will include:
•Answer the phones and direct calls accordingly. Respond to customer inquiries.
•Receive and process orders received via phone, fax, website, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or other type of electronic Purchase Order system.
•Review product availability and orders in the company ERP system (NetSuite).
•Set up customer accounts in NetSuite.
•Research and follow up on customer inquiries and update customer records as needed.
•Assist in documenting and handling of customer complaints.
•Assist customers in navigating the website.
•Filing, scanning and other administrative duties as needed.
•Perform other duties within the Customer Service department or other areas as assigned.
Must have previous phone experience, strong customer service skills and intermediate MS Office skills.
