AP/Office Manager

Location: Colchester, CT
Compensation: $23-27/hour

CFS is working with a Financial organization in Colchester looking to hire an AP/Office Admin, ASAP. 

Details of the AP/Office Admin Opportunity:

  • The company has been in business for over 15 years
  • The organization is has grown in revenue in 2023 by 17%, and will continue this aggressive growth path
  • The AP/Office Admin role is open due to an expansion of the department
  • This COULD be a PART TIME opportunity
    • The hiring manager is open to both FT and PT candidates
    • Extremely flexible office hours regardless of FT/PT preferences
  • Work closely with the Operation and Accounting departments

Responsibilities of AP/Office Admin:

  • Answer telephone calls and emails from clients and direct them to relevant staff
  • Monitor office supplies and order new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
  • Data entry of accounts payable through Intact (knowledge of software system is not necessary)
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • The AP/Office Admin will facilitate all clerical and administrative duties in the office including but not limited to purchasing, mail distribution, filing and receptionist work.

Preferred Qualifications of AP/Office Admin:

  • Exposure to working in an office setting is a must
  • Ability to work independently
  • Light bookkeeping exposure is preferred
