Executive Office Specialist/Facilities Management

EXECUTIVE OFFICE SPECIALIST/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT Responsible for administering the Facilities Management student employment program, including working with the department supervisor to define student employment needs. This position administers various support programs to include contractual requirements such as the uniform and safety shoe program, medical examinations, and functional testing and certifications. This position also oversees the Facilities Management Service Center which includes operating the computerized facilities and infrastructure maintenance management system and maintains the department website. Required qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, and Four years of qualifying experience or a combination of education and experience that equates to four years.
