Job Title: Marketing/Business Development Manager Education: Master Management Duration: Full Time Working Hours: 40 hours per week Responsibilities: • Conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities for expansion, new markets, and customer needs. This includes competitor analysis, customer surveys, and trend monitoring. • Developing marketing and business development strategies aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and defining positioning and messaging strategies. • Lead the management of partnering activities, including developing teaming agreements, scopes of work, NDAs, and working with partners on timely submission of technical and institutional proposals per the bid and organizational requirements. • Implementing lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and clients.
