Responsibilities include:

* Full compliance with the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control

laws and regulations * Knowledge of craft beers and spirits * Preparation of specialty cocktails, following recipes and beverage standards * Participation and assistance in the creation of cocktails and special events * Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and attractive bar area
