Food and Beverage Supervisor Clayton Hotel Charlemont are delighted to open applications for an experieced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly service to the hotel guests, ensuring the smooth operation of the Bar & Restaurant and leading our team of Food & Beverage Assistants, Bartenders and Baristas. We are growing our team and seeking a passionate individual with prior experience seeking to join one of Dublin's leading 4* hotels and the crown jewel in the Dalata Hotel Group property portfolio. Ensure regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name. Have a good working knowledge of food, coffee and all other beverages. Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times. Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible. Requirements: 2 years Food & Beverage Assistant or 1 year Supervisory experience is desired. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others Previous experience in a high volume fast paced environment. Fluent English and excellent communication skills. An excellent focus on our customers. High standards and keen attention to detail. Micros Experience would be an advantage.
