Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program and hold a current license as a physical or occupational therapist or speech-language pathologist, or be a graduate of a two year associate degree program and hold a current license as a physical or occupational therapy assistant
- Proven track record of successful management experience and successful patient care experience is required
- Experience working with a geriatric disabled population preferred
- Provision of own transportation is necessary
