About the Job We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect, bringing expertise in the design, implementation, and quality assurance of solutions built with model-driven development platforms. This role requires a versatile IT architect who can work directly on projects or act as an advisor to the project team. As a vital part of Digital Solutions team, the Solution Architect will learn our model-driven development solution to initiate product designs and be the primary team member to share best practices across projects and promote the reuse of shared components. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business and IT, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct requirements gathering to understand project needs and objectives fully. Design comprehensive solutions that include business design, integrations, and deployment architecture, utilizing model-driven development principles. Take an active role in owning the core application design and initial development using low-code / no code tools, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Present and justify solution designs to stakeholders, effectively bridging Business and IT. Define and manage the solution scope in collaboration with project management. Be responsible for the planning and oversight of all project aspects, including analysis, UI design, implementation (AMS, UI, integrations, security), testing, and delivery. Support and coach project teams to use the YRCI model-driven development platform effectively. Identify best practices and components for broader use across projects. Serve as the primary point of contact with the Digital Solutions development team for project stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. Five (5)+ years of relevant experience in Business/IT architecture. Knowledge and experience in:Requirements engineering. Business prototyping methods (e.g., Design Thinking). Architecture and frameworks (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF, SOA). Software development and model-driven development. Defining business rules and dynamic/adaptive case management. Testing and agile development methods (e.g., SCRUM). Familiarity with cloud technologies, application servers, databases, CMS/DMS, and integration platforms. Required skills: Ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Highly analytical with a focus on problem analysis and creativity. Emphasis on quality, reusability, flexibility, and maintainability. Strong coaching skills and business acumen. Excellent communication skills for effective dialogue with business and IT audiences. Result-driven with a pro-active and initiative-taking attitude. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Preferred Skills Artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, natural language processing.
