Job Role: As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to steer revenue growth and manage sales operations within a defined region, while collaborating with peers to drive customer satisfaction and business insights."

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Sales Specialists, setting targets and driving performance in the assigned geographic market.
• Manage medium-sized business customer portfolio, fostering key relationships between customers and DHL Global Forwarding.
• Play an active role in developing and coaching Field Sales Specialists, facilitating relevant sales skills/process training.
• Support the Field Sales Team in customer interactions and act as their coach.
• Collaborate with local branch manager and Sales Leaders to ensure achievement of country Sales Index and assist in critical sales.

 

Essential Requirements

 

• Experience in Sales Management.
• Broad understanding of the forwarding industry and deep knowledge on Global Forwarding products (Air Freight and Ocean Freight) and business models.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories as needed.
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in a related field.
