Cardiovascular Surgical ICU - Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 12 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Shift: Rotating 7A/7P

Required:

• current experience with recovery of post-op cardiac surgery patients in an ICU setting
• Vent, CRRT, Swan, Epicardial wires/pacemakers, vasoactive gtts titration, level 1 IABP

Preferred: RN license; Critical Care Certification, trauma course

Must have current Cardiac Open-Heart prep & recovery experience

Experience: two years of experience post orientation; If someone has extensive experience but has never traveled, we may still consider.

While only one reference is required for submittal, two manager references will need to be provided during onboarding in order to be compliant with Johns Hopkins requirements.
