CNC Operator
A manufacturing company in Lake Zurich, IL is looking for CNC Operators to join their 1st and 2nd shift team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!
Requirements of the CNC Operator
- At least 3 years of experience setting up CNC Lathes (Daewoo, Okuma, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Understand and use a variety of measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.
- Ability to set up and run all machines on Production floor
Responsibilities of the CNC Operator
- Perform advanced setup operations (aerospace, new product, etc.), adjust and check out programming, and operate numerically controlled machine tools to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations on a diversified line of work to close and exacting tolerances and finish specifications requiring a high degree of skill
- Troubleshoot issues prior to getting engineering department involved
- Train others on setup and running of CNC machines
- Accurately input job data per MBP MMS requirements
1st and 2nd shift available, DIRECT HIRE
Pay is $25.00 - $28.00 an hour, depending on experience
