Labor Finders in Santa Ana is immediately accepting applications for MAINTENANCE/CLEANING TECHNITIANS for Apartments in Orange County, San Diego and Los Angeles.

• Position: Apartment Cleaning Technician
• Pay: $20/Hour
• Location: Anaheim, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• Company provides Vehicle and supplies
• Clean Driving Record and MVR
• Clean Background
• E-Verify will be used for employment authorization purposes.
• Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm / Overtime

Experience Required:

• Driving (Clean Driving Record and MVR)
• Cleaning
• Janitorial
• Re-stocking
• Customer Service
• Ability to work around personal living spaces

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age to apply.
• Clean Background
• Valid Drivers license with MVR (Motor Vehicle Records)
• Ability to perform the duties above, as well as other related tasks.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Strong customer service skills.
