Floor Manager

Theresa's Country Feed and Pet Red Barn is looking for an Floor Manager to join our team. We are located at 18601 Oxnard Street in Tarzana, CA. Our ideal candidate is reliable, outgoing, self-driven, and hard-working.

We are looking for an organized floor manager to help supervise floor activity including assisting customers, monitoring staff, overseeing daily sales and operations . The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring that all floor requirements are met.

To be successful as a floor manager you should have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is trained for their assigned roles.

Floor Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff
• Train staff to perform allocated roles
• Assist with handling inventory and merchandising
• Assist customers with any queries or requests

Floor Manager Requirements:

• Prior Retail experience in a Managerial Position (Pet Supply Retail a plus)
• Strong Cash Handling and POS experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and crouch
• A high school qualification or equivalent

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $22.00/hour.
