PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors’ health so they can live safely in their homes. HopeWest PACE provides home care, access to the day center and clinic, transportation to and from medical appointments, and activities to enhance the lives of patients and their families. This innovative program balances medical, emotional, physical, and social needs of seniors.

This position is responsible for supporting the PACE Quality and Compliance Department with all activities that drive overall quality and compliance of the PACE program. The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive assistance to the PACE Quality and Compliance Department by managing the support functions and details that result in a well-organized quality & compliance program. Specifically, this position will provide support on quality, compliance, and medical record initiatives and auditing.

What You Bring:

• Excellent computer and technology skills, proficiency with Excel reporting.
• Experience with medical record auditing and quality measures in a healthcare setting.
• Attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and access to reliable transportation if working in the community setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.

• Competitive pay structure starting at $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and education
