$23.51/Hourly + $2.55 Shift Differential pay once on shift.

Double time and a half pay for holiday pay.

$600 perfect attendance bonus for the first 60 days.

This position is located at ADM Columbus, NE.

The operator position here at DTC works with machinery and works in the control room.

The operator makes adjustments necessary to insure both the quality and the quantity of the products are within specified limits

The operator is responsible for proper documentation and communicates important information to the production supervisor

Analyzes sample results, verifying product quality and adherence to specifications and determines the adjustments needed to correct deviations

Troubleshoots problems by investigating and inspecting all process and machine malfunctions and utilizes mechanical, chemical and other technical expertise to solve and eliminate process related problems

• Monitoring and testing product/batch quality.
• Ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Identifying machine faults and production rate errors.
• Maintaining production logbooks.
• Reporting faults and breakdowns to supervisors and production engineers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe production area.
• Ensuring all service personal adhere to safety protocols.
• Identifying areas of production that can be improved or increased.

Process Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent analytical and observational skills.
• Sound knowledge of industrial machines and mechanical processes.
• Advanced report-writing skills.
• Ability to work shifts and possibly nights.
• Comfortable working in a noisy environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Salary: $23.51 per hour

Schedule:

7am-7pm 2 days on 2days off 3 days on 2 days off 2 days on 3 days off then switch to

7pm-7 am 2 days on 2days off 3 days on 2 days off 2 days on 3 days

• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
