Quality Manager

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute inspection plans on day-to-day received goods & shipments, as well as lead the company ISO procedures and requirements.
• Devise and implement test strategies that adequately assess all quality inspections
• Investigate reported defects and complete Corrective Action Reports
• Track and document all testing defects and resolutions
• Complete PPAP requirements and participate in APQP evaluations
• Keep all testing equipment up to date on calibrations
• Manage Certifications on all incoming shipment and create Certifications for all required outbound shipments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality assurance, with fastener knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Familiarity with Level 3 PPAP process and paperwork
• Strong root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently, and with a team
• Reliable transportation
