Job DescriptionCompany Description
Our client is looking for a Temp-to-Hire Office Assistant with strong organizational and communication skills and motivation to learn more about their business. This role may be attractive to an early-career professional or a career pivoter with transferrable skills.
This is a hybrid position (4 days/week in office)
Office Operations and Property Management Support
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, restocking the kitchen and maintaining common areas
- Assist with troubleshooting IT issues
- Onboarding new hires; assisting with workspace and equipment set-up and tours
- Submit office work orders for maintenance issues
- Coordinate catering for quarterly all-hands meetings, luncheons and corporate events
- Manage conference room calendars
- Attend and coordinate employee events
- Order company swag and business cards
- Reconcile office supply and catering expenditures using the expense management system and other administrative duties as assigned
- Document management for various properties
- Pulling tax reports as needed
- Complete income and expense surveys and save documentation on SharePoint
- Maintain and gatekeep lease files both electronic and physical contract files
- Track receipt and review of transaction closing binders
- Obtain and review tenant certificates of insurance to confirm compliance
- Support financing activities by managing the proper documentation
Qualifications:
- College degree and or equivalent office experience
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication and computer skills required
- Must be able to multi-task with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Sharepoint required
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
