Smart Choice is seeking a dynamic, bilingual (Spanish) Customer Services Representative to be an integral part of our Team. We are looking for a talented client-focused employee to be a liaison for our company. This position will involve handling incoming client calls, updating information in a database, following up on paperwork, and more! We are seeking candidates who thrives on helping others and can work well in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Professionally answer the phones and direct all calls accordingly
• Assist with special administrative projects
• Make incoming and outgoing calls as well as follow up with customers to ensure proper on-time payments.
• Troubleshoot and answer questions from homeowners relating to their accounts.
• Ability to identify and escalate calls to the next level for additional assistance as necessary.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries.
• Assist with mail handling per client and company policies.
• Maintains organizational information and other guide references as needed.
• Enter information into a CRM system, monitor progress as well as follow up on all requests.  
• Other duties as assigned
• Work with cleaning teams out in the field to ensure all clients are happy.

Qualifications

• The position requires someone who is personable, dependable, and responsible, with excellent organizational as well as verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Must have a positive attitude with impeccable customer service skills
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• High School level education​
