Part time maintenance - cleaning & groundskeeping

4 hours per day Tues through Sunday

Experience in General Cleaning, Irrigation, light maintenance, and light landscaping knowledge preferred. May assist maintenance team as needed.

CLEANING

Clean, disinfect, mop, and restock all restrooms. (4)

 Laundry facilities – wipe down all surfaces, mop floor, empty trash. (2)

Clean office windows as needed. Keep janitor supplies in the back room neat.

Gym – mop floor, wipe down all equipment with sanitizer, clean mirror.

Game Room – Mop floor, sanitize tables and chairs, wipe/dust all areas.

Clean Palapas tables and Polish with wax as needed.

Beach – walk on the beach report any damage to maintenance and pick up trash and empty trash cans and remove any dog poop.

Pool – wipe down furniture, empty trash.

Dog Park – check for poop, replenish poop bags as needed in park and near office.

Groundskeeping

Grass – Mow as needed, fertilize as needed.

Weed Control – weed eater areas, burn small weeds, pull larger weeds, pull baby palms in entire park.

Debris and leaves – Blow and collect leaves and debris from short stay sites and amenities.

Irrigation – check all areas for adequate water and repair if necessary.

Bushes/Trees – trim as needed and fertilize on a quarterly schedule.

Assist Maintenance will space leveling rock.

Maintain/inspect/sand picnic tables as needed.

Sweep rocks from concrete back to rock area.
