Position Overview
A Customer Service Representative will be part of our Lead Generation team. There main job functions will be to place outgoing calls to customers and prospects using HHP's unique selling points.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Attend weekly general management meetings and daily check ins
- Document and resolve problem logs on a weekly basis
- Escalate problems to management using the work variance tools provided
- Follow the work request standards to support unplanned work requests from management as needed
- Develop and recommend new systems to management
- Look for improvements to be made upon existing systems and processes
- Review new and updated formalized company systems, while also keeping the operations manual up to date
- Review and respond to company emails on a daily basis
- Review and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly routine tasks and special projects within Google calendar
- Complete weekly Toggl reports and KPIs as requested by management
- Complete special project tasks that advance the efforts of HHP marketing and sales
- Place outgoing calls to customers and prospects
- Generate trust and interest from potential customers using HHP’s unique selling points
- Continually qualify the prospect and influence by the use of scripts and unique selling propositions
- Record call findings, schedule future calls, and constantly update information in NetSuite that is received in the process of calling prospects and customers
- Direct prospect inquiries, conduct follow up calls the customers, and contact inactive customers to reconvert
- Utilize scripts based on the type of call being completed
