Job Description

We are seeking a resident Data Center Server Support Specialist. 

This wouls a 2-3 month enagement. 

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Break Fix support for servers and switches; includes troubleshooting, opening tickets, requesting, ordering, and installing replacment parts 
  • Install and maintain servers and network equipment
  • Monitor day to day performance and security concerns
  • Repair and restore service outages
  • Upgrade internal systems and components
  • Document processes and event logs

Skills Required :

  • Onsite data center support experience 
  • Troubleshooting ability for Dell servers
  • Server and switch break fix repairs
  • Support tools 
  • PowerEdge Servers
  • Wllingness to support 24*7 work regular hours (8) and be on call after hours/weekends 
  • Efficient worker
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Dell EMC experience a plus 
  • Certifications a plus
